Showin some Love....

This year for Valentines Day Ryan, Connor, and I decided to stay home and spend
some quality time together. We started this tradition a few years
ago and I think we will stick to it... Just the thought of waiting for 2 hours to
eat dinner at the Olive Garden is not my idea of a
romantic evening (no offense to those that dine out). We had grilled salmon with
asparagus and it was delicious (thanks to Ryan).

The best part was that I decorated the house and only spent $6!!! Yep, I was pretty impressed with
myself... I got two balloons, two heart shaped red glasses, some red shiny stuff,
red rose petals, and two cards. Besides the flowers, which Ry surprised me with the
day before, I found the rest of the stuff around my house. I have
learned that it's not how much it cost, but the thought that counts...

Happy Heart Day!

Go Steelers!!!

This year we were invited to our friend's (David and Amanda) house to watch
the Super Bowl...Dan and Melani also joined us...
We had some delicious dishes... Pork rolls, chips, salad, tortilla soup, and so
much more. It was all yummy! It was a fun game to watch with good friends
and family... Even though the Steelers lost we still enjoyed it :)

 Awww... Holding hands

David's little girl Bailey had so much fun with him.
She was such a big help! All she wanted to do was hold Connor, feed him, and
play with him :) They were so cute! I know Connor will be the same way when he is a big
brother one day (And no I am not trying to tell you that we're expecting again)
That won't happen for another few years...

 Lil Munchkin and Mama

I found this Steelers shirt about a month after Connor was born and surprised Ryan with
it one day... I knew that Connor would be wearing it to his first Super Bowl Party and his favorite
team would be playing....
just a lucky guess.

We had such a good time at David and Amanda's!
