Road Trip!

Just chillin on the rock chair in AZ

Our road trip to Arizona was such a blast! It was Connor's first time in the car for a long period of time and he did great! It took us about 11 hours, but we stayed in Mesquite going there and coming back which really broke it up. We drove to Scottsdale, to see Ryan's sister Lisa. We got Ry's dad Marvin tickets to a Braves VS Diamondbacks game for Christmas. We stayed in this beautiful resort that Lisa booked for us. It was the Doubletree Paradise Resort in Scottsdale... The rooms were so Santa Fe and I loved the patios! We were definitely spoiled and look forward to hopefully staying there again... One day we also drove to Sedona to check out the art galleries, shops, and gorgeous scenery! Thanks Lisa for taking such good care of us! We will be back soon!

Hip Hip Hooray!

I am pleased to announce that Ryan got a new job at Ingenix and will no longer be working for Diamond Wireless. He got the offer last week and we were all elated! After six months of waiting and seven interviews later it all paid off. He was very fortunate to have insight from one of our good friends Josh King who currently works for the company. We are so fortunate to be given this opportunity and we are looking forward to what the future has in store.

Ingenix is a leading health information company that provides technology, services, and consulting. In less than two decades, Ingenix has risen to become an industry leader in health care information and technology. As far as Ryan's position...He will work closely with the sales team and support them on a day to day basis, while learning more about the company and continue to grow in this new position.

Congrats Ry! We are so proud of you!

Mother's Day

{May 8, 2011}

When Connor came into this world, my life changed for the better... he made me want
to be a better person. God blessed me with a perfect little angel. When Connor looks at me, my heart
is filled with joy... I am so proud of all he has learned in just 8 months and can't wait to teach him
more. I love being the one he depends one, making him feel better when he is sad,
running in his room in the mornings to see him smile, feeding him, kissing his sweet little
hands, and making him giggle.

Thank you Connor for coming into this world. I am blessed to be your MOM.
I love you lots.

Two Years

{May 8, 2009}

This year Ryan and I celebrated our Two Year Anniversary...
I made a delicious meal at home and we ate under candlelight. In the background,
I had a playlist which included our wedding song "Fall" by Clay Walker
We reminisced about the first time we met and all the
memories we have shared.

On September 6, 2010 we brought our sweet baby boy Connor into this world. It was
one of the most amazing experiences in our lives...each day we
watch our little guy grow and learn new things. We are so blessed and fortunate to have him
in our lives.

I continue to live my Happily Ever After...

The Easter Bunny

The Easter Bunny came to our house this year to drop off a basket of goodies for our lil guy

Camping with Connor

Connor had such a fun time on his first camping trip...
We drove out west to the dunes (Cherry Creek to be specific)
Since there is still snow up in the mountains, we decided that the desert would work. It was still a little
chilly when the sun would go behind the clouds, but
we managed just fine. I would say that we experienced the four seasons... the last night we were there, the wind picked up and we got up the next
morning to a blanket of snow. We spent our first the little guy's first camping trip with Anthony, Alee,
and the Kings. Connor loved the outdoors!
We are glad our little guy enjoyed himself because we are definitely planning on camping
a lot this summer...
