Baby Blue Part 3

Tah Dah!!!...We finally finished our little man's room! I feel in LOVE with this turtle bedding I found at Babies r Us of all places. And I looked for boy's baby bedding 3 months (not joking). I wanted his room to be simple with decor and calming with the colors we picked out. There are still a few more things we plan on adding to his room but you definitely get the idea. I hope he likes it :) We know we do!

Chapter One

When Ryan and I talk about starting our family (very soon), goals we have in life, and dreaming about our future I anticipate what it will be like... I can't imagine it getting any better than it already has. I'm so lucky to have such an amazing best friend that continues to help me learn and grow every single day. I'm so fortunate to be his other half and soulmate...we complete each so well. I love the husband that he is and the father that he has become. I know our future holds many joys with our new addition, but I will always treasure Chapter One from the beginning because it started with US. I love you Ryan and I look forward to the next Chapter in our lives.

30 weeks

I only have 10 weeks left and it's really starting to kick in for Ryan and I... our little man will be joining us very soon. I am definitely in the NESTING stage. There are some days that I wanna pull all of our junk out of every single closet, go buy 15 boxes of diapers, or I just want his nursery DONE... Ryan just reassures me that we still have time :) We are both counting down the days till we can snuggle our little man. I just wanted to update you with how the pregnancy is going... besides just the NESTING stage...

Our little peanut weighs 3 lbs
He is about 15.7 inches long
A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surrounds him
His eyesight is continues to develop
He kicks me all the time
Loves fruit juice and chocolate
Milestone: Today he jumped when he heard Zoie bark

I am having a hard time sleeping still
My feet always hurt after an 8hr work day
I was ECSTATIC when I got his bedding
I have really WEIRD dreams
My stomach is getting bigger every day
I don't have ANY stretch marks... YET
I only have two more camping trips in me....

The 4th

Our 4th of July weekend was pretty eventful!.... Lisa (Ry's sister) came into town to visit. It's tradition that she comes every year and we always look forward to her visit! I had a Baby Shower on Saturday, went to watch fireworks that night at the Junior High, TJ's birthday was Sunday, dinner at the York's, and then we stopped by Larry and Marilyn's that evening. It's amazing how many of our friends have little kiddos running around... it is definitely preparing us for our little Peanut! What FUN!

Yellowstone

We decided to go to Yellowstone for our Baby Moon a few weekends ago... It was so beautiful. The weather was in the 70's, with blue skies & white clouds, lots of cool animals, and a quaint little cabin. It was my first time experiencing the National Park and I can't wait to take our sweet peanut in a few years!   Ryan went when he was about 8 years old, but only remembers the buffalo. We had such a fun time on this trip together and we are so excited to start a new family tradition!

Baby Blue Part 2

It took Ryan about 1hour and 37 minutes to put our lil guy's crib together. He did such a great job and it looks great next to the BLUE walls. 

I can't wait till we get the finishing touches!
